Great first video! I always like to see the videos that bloggers create of themselves talking — it gives me a better sense of the person behind the blog when I hear them speak and see their facial expressions. Photos are good too, but they aren’t quite the same.
As long as you know the RED FLAG words, ie: Fried, Creamed, Sauced, Battered, Deep-Fried, etc… Then you should be able to order a healthy meal! I love getting fish grilled, with olive oil (I always specify) and a side of steamed or sauteed in olive oil vegetables as a side! These days restaurants are very accommodating! And sushi restaurants are by far the healthiest in my opinion, that is if you ditch the Tempura and order sashimi or some other cool dishes like Hamachi Kama!
